The sun server has been shutdown due to exploit and so many abuse by the users on that server and so the ips allocated has been blocked and new ip's were denied to the server by the NOC.
This development is beyond Tservers4 but we shall manage to move a few accounts with backups less than 10gig to another server but with strict monitoring to guide against future exploit and abuse by the hosted accounts (owners).
Name-server will change and all accounts affected will be notified.
Ticket can be open in client area if your account (website) is affected.
